I applied online.After 3 months of my application, i got an email for an interview in their Tallinn Office. It was quite distant from Tallinn city,So i had to rush there with a taxi after my lectures. ****Had a discussion about the company and what they do. ****We were in a group,so we had a testing task to solve on the board.I wrote mine and it was said to be nice and was confirmed by the interviewer and my fellow interviewee that its detailed, explanatory and nice. ****But guess what?Before living the interview room ,from the look on the interviewer face i knew he is no gonna take me because i was a colored person. They said we will get response within two weeks but it was over two weeks and no response. So i had to write the company and they wrote back saying:Despite your good knowledge,you where not taking for this position:))))But i wasn't surprise.. But my advice to you ABB company in Tallinn is that:Diversity is the key of creativity.The fact that i am a colored person doesn't make you non-colored person smarter or better.But rather you are just making the biggest mistake by discriminating colored people. Goodluck to your company..
