Entretien
Initial 2-3 phone interviews were followed by an onsite interview by two persons after which one of them have guided me to a different location/building for a separate interview with my future manager. Trip expenses and accommodation during the interview were covered by the Company. Approximately 1-2 months afterward I received a phone call from my future manager who offered me a position and proposed a salary.

Question 1
Most of the questions were standard situational psychological types of questions: describe how you solved the problem, what was your biggest challenge when you were working at... etc.
