Entretien
It began with a 45 minute phone screen. Then I was invited in for a series of face-to-face interviews. I met with three HR people, and two mid-level managers who it seemed were randomly selected to participate. I spent about 4 hours there the first day. Then I was called back in for another in-depth interview with the VP of HR and also met the CEO.
The best way to be prepared for an interview is to get a book filled with behavior-based questions and prepare a list of real-life situations you've been in that can highlight different skills you have demonstrated.

Entretien
The process started with a phone interview with HR, behaivoral questions and general revisiónof my CV. After two Weeks I had an interwiew with the manager ownwer of the posición. Was about tecnical issues.
