The interview process consists of 4 steps, * HR interview, * discussion with the Team Lead * Technical Interview * General discussion with VP + few technical questions Throughout the different stages everyone has been polite and clear on their expectations. Bonus : The HR department has been ultra proactive and very fast in giving feedback on the interview process.
