The so called experienced Manager took interview on telephone. No video, no zoom. The question he asked were not specific and clear. I don't know he made his mind before interview to not select. I said whatever is my knowledge i have mentioned on my CV, please ask about it, but he was not interested in that, he asked other question which I didn't had experience off and also non related questions. Totally bad experience. My only concern was if he asked specific question related to required position and also the questions should be clear, not asking half and not giving chance to answer.
