I was called to arrange an interview within 2 days. They have asked me to fill up a form with basic information about my CV and salary expectation. My opinion is this should be sent before arranging the interview. I went to the interview and at the end asked me to do a task within 2 days to see my work. Although I had already provided them with portfolio. Did the task, sent them and after 3 working days send me an answer that wasn't clear enough. Most of their questions was about my previous job and how was the process.
