I was submitted via staffing agency. Things moved quickly, smoothly from initial screening, 1on1 w/ hiring manager, lastly a panel interview where I presented a take-home project. They said I would have a decision within 2-3 days. That didn't come close to happening. They just dragged me along for weeks, to then say the job was placed on hold. It is what it is. No hard feelings - I just feel like they acted incompetently.
