My interview in October 2019 was very straightforward. The manager did not bother with a bunch of pointless questions, but rather asked things that were truly related to the work I would be doing. She was also very clear on the work I would be doing and the expectations that she held as a manager. At no point during my employment did I feel like “This is not what I thought it would be like from the interview” She didn’t waste time or go on, she didn’t make the job sound different or “more appealing” than it really was. Overall probably the best interview I ever say through.
