Applied through campus recruiting. Attended a 45 minutes interview. Interviewer asked questions about past employments. Talks a bit about the company, then asks the technical question. The candidate can then ask questions about the company. The entire process from submitting the resume to the interview took about two or three weeks. You are asked to present a solution on a whiteboard. Interviewer is helpful and will provide hints.
