non-existent process. Chaotic. the interviewer is not even listening. As I said, they are extremely desperate. Only in 2024, they had three or four recruitments, around 60 people came for an interview. Almost 50 got the job. I guess only 2 stayed.

More like a team meeting. All candidates have some fun activities. Then one to one interview where interviewer don't even look at you just asks basic questions. My 1 to 1 interview lasted approximately 5min.
