A joke. You go through a recruiter, then a territory manager, then another territory manager amd finally, the VP.
They ask ridiculous questions trying - yes trying - to throw you off your game. You could have 20+ years of sales experience and multiple years of inside sales experience yet they just don't care.
They intentionally make you feel small and unqualified. By the end of round 2 I wanted out already but I was looking for a long term "career" and have worked in Home Care & Senior Residential Placement so staying in that space was my goal.
However, if they treat applicants with such disrespect, imagine how they treat employees! From everything I've read they micromanage and demand everything you have AND take charge backs if the "move-in" falls through.
I've interviewed 2x, 5 years apart, after growing my Home Care experience. I thought maybe they would treat me with more respect now that I had the knowledge of their industry. Yeah, nope.
They always have "open positions" - I was told there were 5 territories available! Doesn't bode well for retention.
I was offered another job and honestly, I know I dodged a bullet.

3 rounds of interviews…starts with the recruiter, a team lead then regional manager. They all asked decent but very similar questions. In my interview the recruiter and the other 2 managers were not on the same page with the schedule so that made the interview awkward when asked about working a totally different schedule than what the recruiter said. Be prepared to work weekends…and was told most of the team works both weekend days

Quick Zoom interview - but then I was told there are two more interview steps. I don't like multiple interviews...I feel it is a time consuming process that could be condensed to serve the interviewee better.
