The whole process took about 4 weeks, from the very first point of contact, to my official hire date. The company environment is casual and very welcoming. If you are told to dress in business casual attire instead of general business attire, it is not a trick. Business casual to casual is the everyday attire. I felt very comfortable and the great people I met put me at ease throughout the entire process.
