Talked with recruiter after LinkedIn convo, then interviewed with manager and associate director and accepted the offer. Whole process was very simple and straightforward. No “behavioral” type interview questions were asked.

All interviews were conducted over the phone. The initial interview was with HR discussing my interest in the position and information about myself serving a similar role at another organization. The second interview was with a manager included more in-dept questions over SOC 1/2 reports and the expectations for the job. The third interview was with a senior manager and was very similar to the second interview. The process was very organized and efficient.
