Not honest peeps. The whole process was online. Total 3 round. First standard round phone interview. 2nd round with hiring manager and VP. 3rd round, they ask you to prepare for presentation and present it to whole team including CEO and other VPs. They give you a task and ask you to prepare for it.
On the presentation day, CEO was driving and other VP were travelling and had so much noise coming from their side. They don't take your time seriously and I wondered they even cared to look at the slides. Honestly, they could have asked me to reschedule and I would have been fine with that but having candidate present and not listening to them is just bad.
Surprisingly they did not have any question after presentation except 1 or 2 question. That means either my presentation was so good or it sucked. Or they didn't understand it since there were few technical stuff.
I followed up to know the result to which I was told that they are not considering me anymore. When asked for honest feedback, below is what I got.
-Presentation was on mark and perfect
-Executive team doesn't tell me the reason behind rejection (in other words, sorry I can't provide you feedback)
-Compare to other candidate we feel other were good.
2 days later, they were just re-posting the job on different portals. Like really!
Thanks for your feedback on your experience of the interview process. With the current state of the pandemic we have had to make changes to our interview process. There seems to be differences in our version of events described however. Wishing you all the best.
