A brief verbal interview followed by a physical training exercise to assess knowledge of fitness and martial arts subject matter. Interview was pretty easy because I was fairly experienced in the field.
You do the work out and see what you think. You talk about your experience in sales and costumer service. Discuss why you want to work there and if you see yourself there long term or short term.

Laid back, fun, easy to communicate and feel accepted. I liked how open the interview was no stress at all and the manager was very nice to me. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good paying part time job
