Surprising when you go to school for a Bachelor's degree to be an upgraded yard person. Job is high stress and there is a lot of turnover. You feel as if management does not care about lower level employees which depletes overall work morale. Not an easy company to work for, but if you can last for a while, any other job is almost an upgrade. You may get lucky enough to work for a great manager and with great people, but if not, your life is going to be hell.

The interview process was about 20 minutes and all took place at the front desk with a single interviewer who would be the supervisor. It was less of an interview and more of a preliminary checklist of what's expected of the position.
