I was contacted by Peter for a phone screen. When he called, he shared that he was running to catch a train. So all I heard on the phone was him breathing hard and the noise of the train station. I offered to reschedule and he declined. So, he asked some questions, I tried to answer as best I could with the noise of random people talking, train running, train announcements,,, and it didn't go well. He would start talking and it would cut out. I shared as much and he ended the call saying he would let me know. That was the last I heard.

WARNING: VERY LIKELY THE COMPANY IS POSTING GHOST JOBS. The interview process started quickly with a phone screening about a week after applying. Phone screening was smooth and proceeded to a second round with the internal team. Seemed positive, was told I would be informed of a decision within 1-2 days. Two days later the company reposted the same job but changed some of the details in the description. I didn’t receive any information on my interview until two weeks after they initially told me they would get back to me. It’s been months and they still haven’t filled the roles. This is likely to keep the illusion they are growing to satisfy the PE firm that owns the company.
