J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez 7-Eleven (Rochester, NY) en déc. 2012
Entretien
Recruited via job posting board. It was a basic interview. No real curve balls. I believe they hire quantity and then filter out the quality. The training process is the real interview. I entered the training program and that is where the people that were not up to the challenge were filtered through. It is about an 8 week program that runs you through the extent of what it means to be a 7-11 associate up to the management. After that you are given a store to shadow a manager running.

Question 1
No unexpected questions. Nothing as a hiring manager, I have never asked before.
J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez 7-Eleven (Pittsburgh, PA)
Entretien
I was contacted by a recruiter, who asked me if we could set up a date to talk about a job opportunity. We agreed on a date and time, and he called and did a quick screening, explained the position and talked about next steps. I then interviewed with a Market Manager face to face. The interview was pretty standard, but there were several questions at the end that were directly tailored to me based on my resume and experience.
Overall, the interview wasn't hard, and I was impressed by the fact that it seemed the Market Manager had actually read my resume ahead of time and prepared specific questions.

How many employees have you managed at once in your past experience and how were you successful with different personalities and learning styles?
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez 7-Eleven (North Plainfield, NJ) en juin 2015
Entretien
One 45 minute phone interview that asked standard behavioral questions.
A one-hour in-person interview with 2 field consultants.
A 20-minute phone interview with the Market Manager - This one only took place because my asking salary was 53,000 USD, which is well above what they normally offer a store manager. (Generally that caps out at 45k if you're just starting.)
