After an inital call from HR that asked about my experience, I was offered an interview. It was a simple in person interview with the manager where we discussed my experience and how I would handle various scenarios.

very welcoming, offered drinks and anything I needed before beginning the interview. Always felt comfortable during the interview and felt I was able to put myself across well with lots of personal questions. They explained the job role and what would be expected very clearly and showed me some examples of calls and used them to see how I would adapt and deal with certain situations.

Entretien
The interview process was great, following a short telephone discussion with someone from the company I was invited to interview and had a member of management and HR carrying it out. We went over generic interview questions, discussed my background and resilience mainly and then moved onto suitability for the role. I found out very soon after whether I had the job so it's a very efficient process.
