The interview process is a 4 step process that I feel is completely necessary and fair for a job like this. It was lengthy enough that it enables both the employer and candidate plenty of time to ask questions, have a good idea about what is expected, and how compensation will be structured.

First a phone interview, and then 2 in person interviews. Very friendly over the phone that first got my interest. Then after seeing the office, the people there, talking more with my interviewers, I could see myself working there.
