Initial meeting with the HR department, where the HR representative provides a scripted overview of the company. During this session, the focus was primarily on key performance indicators (KPIs). There were no inquiries about compliance, risk assessment, or employee satisfaction, which one might anticipate in a comprehensive interview process.
While the interview proceeded adequately, it became apparent that the organization may not align well with my professional objectives and preferences.
Post-interview, there was a notable absence of feedback from the company. It is customary and expected that companies provide feedback, especially considering the time and effort candidates invest in preparing for interviews and researching the organization.
