HR shared the salary breakup to acknowledge, after which he was about to share offer letter. He told me one approval is pending from production manager when he will come I will take approval and send you the offer letter within 4 days, All was done from there side and He told me to resign from my current org. But I did not and wait for the offer letter , After 10 days I send email just for reminder 2 times and also send sms from my mobile, But suddenly without giving me any reason hr become unresponsive and I didn't get any call or mail response. This very unprofessional and unethical. You should not waist time and efforts. It shows company's poor ethics and policies. So I recommend all not to go for the interview there , That is only time pass for them Nothing else.
