It was really easy and smooth. A recruiter came to my university and I scheduled to meet with him. Asked about my knowledge of the company, what my goals are in sales, etc. the conversation then steered from professional to somewhat personal and amicable. From that part I knew I would get hired. I was offered a position 2 weeks later
