Phone Interview. Lied to about level within company. Misled about who I would be interacting with. Job titles that 3M uses do not reflect any common understanding of job function. The title "Architect" is given to those who do data entry. Outright lying to candidates about level, responsibility and even basic software employed by the company appears to be common.
