The interview process was thorough and thoughtful, and it gave me a strong sense of the company, the team, and the culture.
I had the opportunity to meet people across functions and regions, including my direct manager, a direct report, operations, sales, product, HR, and the CEO. That level of access made it much easier to understand who I would be working with and what the company is really like.
There was also an assignment, which I probably overthought, but it ended up being a useful opportunity to reflect and share more about how I think. The follow-up panel discussion made the process feel collaborative and intentional.
Overall, the process gave me a real opportunity to interview the company as much as the company interviewed me. The best part is that what I learned during the process has proven true.
