Contacted by third party agency (I normally don't work with these companies). Spoke with one recruiter at length about basic skills and background. Was setup for a phone interview on a Friday, got blown off to reschedule for the following Monday, got blown off again without notice to be scheduled for the coming Friday. I figured I wasn't gonna get my hopes up and didn't expect the call. I ended up getting the call while eating some lunch with my children. When I confronted the hiring manager saying I wasn't expecting the call since I was blown off without notice twice. He just said this isn't the right fit for me. Pretty much confirms everything I've heard from colleagues about working for these people.
