It was an informal phone interview with 48 hours to send in a press release announcing that 300Brand was hiring you to their team. The second interview was via zoom after that 1.5 hour interview they ask you to sort company, products and brand names into a list and write a marketing blast for their MeriTalk subscribers. You are supposed to do this in 30-45 mins.
