Asked if I was knowledgeable in designer clothing; additionally asked if I’m well-versed in customer care. Interview went smoothly, interviewer was charming and seemed well-engaged. Landed the job about two weeks afterwards and became full-time after my one month mandatory probationary period.

One scheduled online call with regional manager. Asked about myself, previous experience, and how I would handle certain situations. After Interview, was scheduled to come train in store. Had to pass background check and fill many forms out after interview.
