A very easy process. A friendly and comfortable environment that was conducted like a normal conversation. They made it in such a way that you can speak your mind freely in order to understand more about yourself.

I was first contacted to complete a one-way online interview, followed by a phone screen with an HR representative and then a one on one video interview with a manager. They have recently overhauled their interview process to be much more efficient, so my third interview was only two weeks after they first reached out. After that though, I did not hear back for another three weeks. Considering it was for a spring internship, it was definitely inconvenient to not hear back until halfway through winter break. Overall, it was a good interview experience. The first two interviews were just basic HR questions, while the third one was more in depth.

I had to do a recorded video interview screening, and then I had a scheduled video call with the manager. It was a pretty easy process and only took a few weeks.
