It was the first step of the process and it consisted in a video call interview to get to know the candidate. The basic questions of a typical interview were asked.

Everyone was extremely nice and easy to get along with and always answered their emails quickly.
I applied online and was invited to the first 30 minute interview two days later. That interview was with HR and it was all about them getting to know me and me getting to know them.
It was followed by a language test the next day, which they had explained thoroughly beforehand.
A few days later I was contacted to arrange a second, longer interview with the department Lead. That interview was super fun!
I got the offer the next day. Unfortunately, I had to decline, but I had a wonderful application experience and I would have loved to accept the offer.
