The interview process at 247Labs for the advertised "Senior Business Analyst" role had four stages. It began with a call from HR, where we discussed and agreed on salary expectations. The second round was an interview with my prospective manager and a colleague, followed by a third stage where I presented a PowerPoint about a previous project. The final round was unexpectedly informal, requiring me to present the same material again. Upon receiving the offer, however, I discovered two significant issues: the position was actually titled "Business Analyst" rather than "Senior Business Analyst," and the salary offered was lower than initially agreed. After some negotiation, they increased the salary slightly, but it still didn’t match the initial offer. Furthermore, the contract indicated payment per hour as a contractor, contrary to the full-time, salaried position described in the job listing.

Hiring manager called me to check on my availability and she immediately scheduled the first round of interview. It was an easy process where they setup a first round with a Sr. BA and PM.
