Phone call setting up interview date on first floor. You arrive and they make you take a typing test on one of their computers. Then you wait for the face to face interview.
First, contact by phone after submission online. Then, english and french test on computer at headquarters. quite easy (need to be able to type a minimum of words/min). Discussion with recruiter about availability (shift hours,...). In all, 2 hours.

Entretien
The interview was very easy and straightforward.
You do a typing test, in English and French (for bilinguals) and one other interview with your future manager. The overall experience was great and didn't take a long time.
