Very informal because I had references but they passed me up for the position I applied for and offered a lower position only to beg me to take the original position because the person they chose over me quit in the first week.

first there was an online application which was fairly simple to navigate, I then recieved a call from a recruiter who fielded a small amount of questions to ensure that I qualified and wanted the position. Once I was approved, I then moved on to a Skype interview with a FOM in california who went over pay and what the job entailed and asked a few other questions. Gave me advice on what the next skype interview would be like. I then moved on to the Disrict Manager of location I was applying for in a skype interview as well. I thought the process went really well however I believe due to how far away I live they may have found a candidate who is less qualified but didnt hurt their budget so bad.
