I found everyone at 1Password incredibly welcoming and interested in having discussions / getting to know me as a person, as opposed to straight Q&A. One highlight for me was for the recruitment coordinator would send me an email to wish me luck on my upcoming interview as opposed to sending a straight appointment reminder. I found that really welcoming. One area of improvement when comparing to the interview process as other companies provide more information and context on what the contents of the interviews will be, to allow me to mentally prepare. For example, if I'm having a technical interview, other places would give me the specific topic, any contextual information I'd need to prepare, and the format of the interview. Some recruitment teams also explain a bit about the people I'm going to meet with, their role, and anything I should be sure to focus on in the specific interview.
