The conversations were technical in nature, but didn't have any trick questions or gotchas -- just a simple conversation of what I had worked on at my current and past companies, as well as what I might work on if I was to join the company. Great chats, good experience. I ultimately turned down the offer for two reasons: - Compensation was lower than what I was making currently - AgileBits did not (at that time) provide any health insurance benefits. Although I did not formally disclose this, I have a health condition which would be expensive to manage without insurance.
