From an Automation QA they were asking question like what is exploratory testing etc, basic questions for manual testing. didnt realy seems serious about hiring any one.

Questions again on agile and software testing, Behavioral questions, 1) What is the difference between W model and V model? 2) If you had to choose between the two, which one would you choose? 3) What is the difference between W-model and Agile? 4) What is the difference between severity and priority? 5) What is usability testing? 4) Describe your agile project? 5) How is regression testing done?Eg: If you have 3 iterations: 1 feature and 1 fix to be delivered in 3 iterations how would you rgression test. Your testing effort is worth 12 weeks. 6) You come across a bug and the developer refuses to fix it. How will your handle this situation? 7) If an offshore team co-ordinating with business onshore has clarified something which required the requirements to be changed slightly which you were not aware of.
