There was an initial phone screen, a technical interview involving a series of domain-specific questions and example scenarios to work through. The last true interview step was a culture fit interview with the VP of Eng where he asked how I felt about certain aspects of work and the nature of my personality.
Last step was a second interview with the VP of Eng.

After sending in my resume, I had three different video conference interviews. Each one was 30-60 minutes, and they were on separate days (not back-to-back).
Two of the interviews were with lead engineers, and involved a combination of technical questions and questions about my previous experience. We did talk about some Django and Python specifics, but there was no live coding.
My third interview was with the CTO, and also involved questions about my background, and seemed to be aimed more at determining if I was a good fit for the engineering team.
Overall I found the process to be straightforward and comfortable, as far as interviews go. I didn't know the answer to every question, but was able to answer most of them. I was also given time to ask questions about the position, the tech stack, and the company more broadly.
