I had an overall great and smooth interviewing process with 15000 Cubits. Leah Faul and Mallory Myers were extremely welcoming and gave such great support and guidance throughout the whole process. I went through two virtual interviews through Google Meet, the first one with Leah, the founder, and the second one with Mallory. These two ladies were both very passionate about the company's goal which is to help women strive in this industry and grow as an individual and for their business. They both kept it extremely professional, very understanding, organized with relevant questions, diligent, good listeners, and were not intimidating which really helped me be my authentic self during the whole interview. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the outcome of the two interviews I was given, which makes me look forward to working with this wonderful team this summer. I have no bad things to say at all about this company, they were all very genuine with one goal, which is to help people grow!
