I initially interviewed with this company in July of 2025 and was informed they selected another candidate. Several months later, the company reached out to me regarding the same opportunity and encouraged me to re-engage in the hiring process. Because the company initiated contact and continued the process over several months, I invested significant time and effort pursuing the opportunity. Unfortunately, the experience was marked by communication delays, scheduling issues, and long periods without updates despite multiple follow-ups. The most disappointing aspect was not being selected, but rather the lack of transparency and timely communication throughout a process that lasted approximately 4–5 months. In addition, compensation information was not disclosed during the hiring process, leaving candidates to invest substantial time without knowing the salary range unless an offer was ultimately extended. Candidates invest considerable time, energy, and hope into opportunities. I believe applicants deserve clear communication, transparency regarding compensation expectations, and greater respect for their time than I experienced during this process.
