My interview was with someone from the recruiting team, which was the next step after submitting my resume, then filling out a questionnaire as a follow up. The interview itself felt fairly formal at first, but then the recruiter sort of lightened up a bit. I was asked for my experience in certain scenarios and was also able to ask questions at the end. Overall, it felt like a typical first interview.

Applied online followed by initial contact from HR over email followed by an online questionnaire and then a 1 hour video interview with technical recruiter. Covered my career to date, interests and how I'd approach various situations. The entire process was very fluid with great contact maintained and is possibly my most enjoyed job application to date, though sadly I was unsuccessful.
