First there was a technical interview, which I cleared, after that the next day I had a director interview. The director just asked me to introduce myself and after that just asked some basic questions and ended the interview. And next day I received a rejection email :(

I applied at Fresh Graduate Recruitment drive in my Univesrity. Got a call around a month after applying for a Tech Interview. The interviewer was a Principal Software Engineer at 10Pearls and was extremely knowledgeable. This interview was a full hour long. After this, I got a call within 5 hours for 2nd interview which was going to be with the Director. This interview lasted for around 25 minutes. Both interviews were techincal, and everything was asked in extreme detail. Both were taken online on Microsoft Teams. After the 2nd interview I got a call from HR the next day, where they asked about my achievements* and salaray expectations. After waiting another week, I got the call with an offer. The whole process - from the first interview to an offer -took 13 days. * You should list as many achievements/accolades as you can in this call as they are probably used to act as a tiebreaker when they have to choose between 2 or more extremely good candidates.
