I had an A+ experience interviewing with Intent Media. The process was smooth and professional from start to finish. The interview consisted of four stages: (1) an initial phone screen, (2) a take-home project that was later developed on in the next stage (3), and an (4) onsite session. The onsite portion was where Intent Media really came across as exceptional. The management and interview team made you feel important throughout, and asked some really challenging and thought provoking questions. I never felt uncomfortable saying I didn’t know something and they made it a point to help me logically reason through solutions. I consider myself fortunate to have met these really smart and gifted people.

Pretty easy test, one phone screen, one in person interview. Spent half a day there, no big deal. Everyone was really friendly and seemed very smart. Exciting place to work.
