The interview process was split in 2 parts:
* the technical discussion
* the financial discussion
Both discussion were very natural and chill. I didn't had to prepare myself for them, because it wasn't a technical test or something similar.

Question 1
About my experience, what did I work so far and what do I want to do in the future.
The interviewing process lasted about a month. The initial meeting was a short one, 15-20 minutes. The person that interviewed me was their CTO. Talked mostly about my previous work, no technical test or any other kind of test. Based on my experience, he told me a test was unnecessary.
The second interview was with their CEO, which was mainly about what i wanted to do there and my salary expectations. He said they'll get back to me in 2 days. This was around the 15th of December 2012. They got back to me on the 10th of December 2013, telling me they found a position for me in their team.
So, to sum things up, the interview process consisted of 2 meetings, no tests.
