Avantages
LOL, there are truly no benefits, like food or transport, despite the management expecting you to be in office 5 days a week. Even the health insurance is at a measly 3 lakhs.
Inconvénients
The workplace is simply toxic. You'll hear CXOs shouting on the floor and see the CEO write stinker emails for employees. Timelines are asked for in hours, not days. The company even lacks a proper CTO, after the previous one was fired for not toeing the line of some arrogant people in business ops. The leadership then decided to appoint the analytics head as the CTO along with a special character as Chief Architect.
