Avantages
i2c is very stable and continuously growing organically for the last 20 years. There has been a recent growth spike in the last 4 years. i2c values long term commitment with the company and gives 5 years, 10 years, 15 years, 20 years, and 25 years awards. We have a headcount of 1500 globally and 1200 based in Lahore, Pakistan
Inconvénients
The technologies used are somewhat old, and the processes around the company are too cumbersome. People live and work in silos, and do not adapt to change easily. Too bureaucratic style of working, hinders growth of the company.
