The people: I have never been at a company where everyone — from interns to Directors — is so approachable, invested in their projects, and ready to help. There is zero micromanagement, and the working environment is incredibly healthy and stimulating. International scope: the company is truly international, offering great projects where you are encouraged to propose ideas, drive change, collaborate, and grow. Company culture & perks: the culture itself is fantastic. We have an on-site gym in the Paris office, regular after-work events, really comfortable open workspaces, and plenty of engaging team activities.
