      Avantages

      Intermediary scale consultancy with global presence = more powerful than a boutique, more agile than a Big 4. Lots of opportunities.

      Inconvénients

      Staffing and career model different from classic consulting pyramid. Progress is slow and rather difficult.

      Long working hours, unrealistic chargeability

      Avantages

      As a consultant, you really learn a lot from the diversity of projects/clients and colleagues. Salaries are a bit higher than competitors. Flexibility on the location, if you are not on a trip.

      Inconvénients

      -Challenging chargeability. There is no recognition of time spent traveling (not even on weekends). -The IT team lags behind in many ways (technologies) and is not open to discussion. - Old school management. - dual nature. Genuinely pleasant people in the Global teams while field people are struggling with low-tech tools and unrealistic expectations.
