I really appreciate the culture at Token. The people are incredible—everyone is intelligent, driven, and always eager to help. There’s a strong sense of unity, with everyone working towards a common goal. What I love most is the absence of micromanagement, allowing us to perform at our best. The leadership here is the best I've ever encountered. The founders are approachable and transparent, consistently sharing information in open all-hands meetings. No question is ever overlooked, no matter how challenging. Company retreats are just amazing, offering the perfect balance of team bonding and work sessions, and they are always held in fantastic locations.
