Avantages
- some direct managers/team leads are down to earth, approachable, and decent - nice office + central location - flexible starting hours - fruits up for grabs in the morning
Inconvénients
- bureaucratic, some senior managers have made condescending remarks of employees behind their back, gossip culture. - low pay, was suddenly forced to work on the occasional weekends, it was masqueraded with a 2% raise - was never discussed with the team and we didn't have any choice/freedom to opt-out. - praises and awards people that stay behind without extra pay and was never discouraged when people work on their lunchtime/stay back beyond their working hours - CEO & a few senior managers like to walk around the office over-monitoring/micro-managing everyone like we're in school - no career progression - no decent perks
