Avantages
nTech provides a desirable culture that fosters inclusion, demonstrates grit, and strives for equity and otherwise makes for a great work experience. In all the different places I've worked, from automotive technician to retail associate to program manager, nTech has offered the most autonomy, support, and collaboration between colleagues. This is a place where I feel valued, have experienced significant personal and professional growth, and have have been able to carve my own path -- all with the support of nTech's leadership.
Inconvénients
Some of nTech's biggest "cons" can be their greatest strengths. nTech is a growing company, which means the workload can become difficult to manage at times. While this contributes to periodic stress, nTech's leadership does a great job of responding by adding new team members, new tools, or other support to help delegate/offload certain tasks. These continual investments into nTech's growth enable individual employee growth. nTech serves employees at different stages in their careers and with different preferences, which unfortunately means some people will be more happy at nTech than others. For example, the majority of nTech's employees are retirees, Veterans, or others who receive great benefits outside of their employment relationship with nTech; therefore, nTech offers higher wages than some other companies but makes a lesser contribution to medical insurance premiums.
